Parasol Stars : For the first time ever, the highly regarded Taito classic is playable on contemporary systems. Bobby and Bubby, who have undergone transformations, team up to defend their nearby worlds. This time, however, our cherished pair swings vibrant parasols endowed with magical abilities rather than blowing bubbles.
Use parasols to deflect enemy projectiles or stun opponents, then lift and toss adversaries like missiles themselves!
Released in 1991 as Rainbow Islands’ follow-up, Parasol Stars is the third game in Taito’s hugely popular Bubble Bobble action platformer series. Despite the years, it hasn’t lost any of its vibrant charm.
Hunters of high scores should rejoice, as skillful competition will soon load the levels with fruity and sweet goodies, much like in the bubble-filled predecessor.
